Remember how I told you that my kids were ultra picky when it comes to food? Well, they love shrimp. Of course they do…it’s expensive. This was adapted from a recipe from Hungry Girl, but I made it easier for me and my family. This recipe is so super, duper easy that my 11 year old can make them on his own. We love to make these for parties as an appetizer or Gabe downs them as an after school snack.
All you need is 3 ingredients:
1. Raw Shrimp – tail off and the bigger the better.
2. BBQ Sauce
3. Turkey Bacon – sliced in half.
Here comes the hard part….dip the 1/2 slice of turkey bacon in BBQ sauce. Wrap it around the raw shrimp and place on cookie sheet seam side down.
Bake in oven at 450 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes.
Pop the whole thing in your mouth and enjoy!
