The Key to Perfect Posture…

…is a strong core!  Everything we do in life – picking up a child, carrying groceries, sitting at our computers, bending over, lifting a heavy box -requires a strong core.  If we have a strong core, we are less likely to injure ourselves, reduce pain, and it also helps us look more confident.  Who doesn’t want that?

Jesse and I had the opportunity to be the voice for an article written by Wasatch Woman on this very subject and do a workout and pictures for them.  Kinda cool!  Check it out HERE.
