Climb and Jump

I think I have an obsession. An obsession of taking my workouts outside and turning them into “play”. The time flies by for me and it doesn’t really seem like a typical workout, but rather a session of fun!  My latest “session of fun” involved 2 things:

a set of stairs and a jumprope.

Here’s how it went…

3 minutes of climbing up and down a set of stairs
1 minute of jumprope

Take it as fast or as slow as you want, take a break when you need one, and do as many sets as you can! Set a timer to keep you on task and have a blast playing instead of working out.
